  • Odysseas Ntotsikas
    Odysseas Ntotsikas, Managing Director and Founder

    Odysseas Ntotsikas started his career as a Business Consultant with Accenture which he left in 2000 to co-found one of the most successful Internet Start-Ups in the region, yellownetroad.  Following the successful acquisition of yellownetroad by OgilvyOne in 2005 he worked for the agency for 2 years as a Strategic Planning Director. During this time he led Sportingbet to become the no1 Online Entertainment Brand in Greece & Cyprus and he successfully helped to launch Bet365 in 5 European countries.
    As if he had missed entrepreneurship he launched Thinkdigital (www.thinkdigital.net) in 2006, leading it to become the strongest Digital Media Network in S.E. Europe. Thinkdigital is the official Sales Representative for Facebook, MSN, Mediamind and a number of local Digital Media in 6 European Markets (Greece, Hungary, Albania, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria).

    In 2010, Odysseas launched ForestView, the Performance & Affiliate Marketing company of the Thinkdigital Group (www.forestview.eu) pitching customers with a very simple proposition: We get paid by Results!

    Odysseas holds degrees from LSE (MSc. in New Media & Communications & MSc. in Management of Information Systems) and Stanford (Executive Program in Managing Growing Companies). He is a frequent speaker on Marketing, regularly presenting at conferences around the Region. Odysseas has also served as General Secretary for IAB Hellas.

    He is the proud father of two boy twins.

  • Nectari Charitakis
    Nectari Charitakis, COO, Thinkdigital Group

    Nectari has spent almost 20 years working at senior levels providing extensive experience running large global and regional sales and marketing operations. Owning growth, strategy and profitability in several sectors, he has provided leadership in Enterprise IT, Mobility, and Value-Added Services.  

    A leader in developing new and innovative strategies for growth, he has extensive change management and business transformation success; establishing an overall culture of collaboration, accountability and customer focus. Nectari is known for his vision, passion and drive as a leader.

    Nectari holds a degree in Finance and Economics from McGill University, has a passion for travelling and trekking and is currently situated in Greece where TDG’s regional headquarter is based.

  • Adda Kirkili
    Adda Kirkili, Regional Head of Business Development

    Adda is currently Regional Head of Business Development for Thinkdigital, the fastest growing Advertising Network in S.E. Europe with a footprint in 6 countries and representative for major local and international media & services such as Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, Miniclip and MediaMind.
    Over 10 years now, she is being digital having worked for web production companies, startups and digital media agencies like OMD handling Sales and New business for online, mobile & other added value digital services.
    In 2007 she joined Thinkdigital aiming at further enhancing its successful course and expansion in CEE & MENA, onboarding media partners, launching services and country operations.
    Adda holds degrees in Media Management (MSc) from the University of Stirling & in Media Communications (BA) from the University of Athens. She is a regular contributor to online marketing strategy & business journals and  publications, as well as an active member of IAB Public Affairs & Measurements Committees.

  • Alex Karageorgis
    Alex Karageorgis, Country Manager Greece, Cyprus, Albania

    Alex joined the corporate world with Vodafone UK in October 2000. He soon followed his heart back to his native land and became part of Vodafone Greece's team. Having worked his way up through various departments of the largest global mobile operator ranging from business planning to consumer propositions he now considers himself slightly older and much wiser when it comes to what customers want.

    Always in the market for the next challenge - the decision to join Thinkdigital came easily having seen the company for its potential and people quality. He looks forward to being part of the successful Thinkdigital team moving the company forward in both a National and International direction further building on its success to date.

    Alex holds an MBA from the University of Kent and MSc in Digital Communications systems from the University of Loughborough.

  • Thanasis Chaveles
    Thanasis Chaveles, Regional Head of Ad-Operations

    Thanasis, has been working as a Senior Engineer for the last 12 years. His less exciting background was in the development of embedded systems based on wireless protocols. During this time he also worked in various internet projects and start-ups.

    Thinkdigital was a great chance to follow his passion and move permanently in the exotic Internet world. He is now Head of the Publishers & Advertisers Solutions unit in Thinkdigital always seeking ways to streamline processes, optimize ROIs and offer the best client service to internal and external clients.

    Thanasis has a Diploma and Master’s degree from the Department of Computer Engineering & Informatics at the University of Patras.

  • Robert Pefanis
    Robert Pefanis, Regional Head of Sales

    Robert has been in the Online Media industry since 1999. He has worked as the Advertising Sales Director for in.gr, tanea.gr and tovima.gr at Lamprakis Press and as the Director of Development at Primemedia (newsbeast.gr, 24h.gr etc). From 1994 to 1998, Robert was the Advertising Sales Manager for TA NEA newspaper. Early in his career, he worked as an Account Executive for ADEL/ Saatchi & Saatchi and Spot/ Thompson. Robert is also a Lecturer in Communication and during the last 12 years has been teaching at Universities in Greece and in Serbia. He is also a frequent contributor of Web Marketing and Communication articles in various journals. He holds degrees from the University of Leicester and The American College of Greece.

  • George Kanellakis
    George Kanellakis, Chief Financial Officer

    George started working in the area of Finance in 1991. He worked for several companies and in 1999 he joined P&K Securities SA as a Chief Financial Officer, where he stayed for more than 6 years. From 2006 and for 4 years he worked for Omega International Transport SA.  

    In September 2010, feeling the need for a new exciting challenge, he had the opportunity to join Thinkdigital as a Chief Financial Officer.

    George holds a BSc in Business Administration from the American College of Greece (Deree College) and an MBA from Manchester Business School (UK).

  • Dragos Stanca
    Dragos Stanca, Managing Partner, Thinkdigital Romania

    After a successful career as a columnist, journalist, radio, television talk-show host and project manager (and a less successful one as a… rock star), Dragos stopped pretending he knew everything about Media and decided to devote his career to digital Marketing. So, in 2008 he founded F5 project, together with Realitatea Media Group, following 3 business directions: digital content, advertising sales house [for more than 50 websites], as well as investments in the digital market.

    In 2010, he started a 100% career as an entrepreneur, together with partners PUBLYO [strategy and technology for digital publishing], Q2M [interactive sales house and digital agency] and some online start-up projects as Webkino [video on demand] and Fairsolve [e-commerce].

    In 2012, Q2M become part of Thinkdigital Network and Dragos remained in the company as Managing Partner of the Romanian operation.

    He is also the founder and organiser of ICEEfest, the biggest digital international conference held in Bucharest.

    Not that it would really matter but, for the record, he is a “certified manager”, holding a diploma in economics issued by “Babes-Bolyai” University of Cluj, Romania, and he has obtained a media management qualification at CBS | SIMI Copenhagen, Denmark.

  • Adrian Stanescu
    Adrian Stanescu, Managing Partner Romania & Moldova

    Adrian has traded a promising career as a professional windsurfer for a career in marketing and advertising, which was involving the same level of action and adrenaline, though a less sporty feeling.

    Working in the marketing communications industry for the past 12 years, he experienced all levels of involvement starting from the Client Side for CONNEX/ VODAFONE and switching on the Advertising Agency side when things turned too calm or slow.

    Since 2002, Adrian has been managing the Advertising Agency COMMUNIQUE MEDIA; always looking for new beginnings and continuous change in life, in 2007 he joined Thinkdigital as the Country Manager for Romania, aiming to create the top Advertising Network in the country.

    He holds a degree in International Business Relationship from the Bucharest Academy of Economics.

  • Akos Szabo
    Akos Szabo, Country Manager Hungary

    Akos started his digital media carrier in 2006 at Hungarian Telekom subsidiary M-Factory as head of strategy and business development. During 2010 he was head of sales mobile and direct marketing at Origo, biggest Hungarian online publisher and sales house owned by the Hungarian Telekom. As a team member he worked on the three screen (internet, mobile, TV) strategy for Origo and the Hungarian Telekom. During 2010 he was member of the board for the Hungarian Direct Marketing Association.

    Akos holds an MSc degree in Engineering and economics from Pannon University, Hungary.

  • Liza Vasileva
    Liza Vasileva, Country Manager Bulgaria

    Coming from a background in philology and economics, Liza has quickly given away number-crunching and tongue-twisting for a career in sales management and the digital world. Over the past years she has coordinated the online strategies of such major companies in Bulgaria as Nokia, Nissan, Henkel, Allianz Bank Bulgaria. 
    Open and energetic, Liza quickly climbed the career ladder from sales manager through team leader to business development head - and ultimately jumping into the challenge of managing the setting of the Bulgarian branch of Thinkdigital with the help of a talented team.

    Liza holds a degree in Linguistics from Sofia University and Economics from the University of Leuven, Belgium.

  • Elias Gagas
    Elias Gagas, International Business Development Manager

    Elias is a Technology addict who, gradually, appreciated & embraced the importance of Business thinking! He has extensive experience at senior level managerial positions in multinational environments and has been deeply involved in all aspects of product development from initial inception & scoping to product definition, project management, roll out & support.

    A native “out of the box” thinker, he greatly appreciates intellectual challenges and thrives when navigating uncharted waters! At Thinkdigital he found all that and more as the Group embarks on its journey towards new and innovative products and services in the ever changing environment of digital advertising…

    He’s interested in disruptive technology entrepreneurship, Sailing, Cognitive Science and Architecture and always enjoys a stimulating discussion!

    Elias holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Athens University of Economics & Business, a M.Sc. in Computer Science from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from TRIUM (jointly awarded by LSE, NYU, HEC).

  • Dannos Tsakalos
    Dannos Tsakalos, Marketing Manager, Thinkdigital Group

    After a 5-year course as a student in UK universities and a 17-month stint in the Greek Navy, Dannos started his career at the marketing department of a global brand, only to quit so as to join the 2004 Olympic News Service roster. There he realized how much he enjoyed writing, so he decided to embark on a career as an editor at Marketing Week -it seemed a wise choice, in view of his Masters in “Media and Culture” and MSc in “Marketing”.  

    Curious and a workaholic by nature, it wasn’t long before he started attending the Advertising Festivals of the world. Soon, he was entrusted with the production of numerous popular events such as the annual “Athens Creativity Conference”, the “Marketing Directors Forum”, “AllThingsFacebook” & the “Social Media Conference”.

    Over the last years, he had the honour to meet, interview and learn from top-notch Creative Directors, Marketers and Digital experts. Being aways in quest of a new challenge, in September 2012 he decided to become a member of the TDG clan.
