The crème de la crème of the global digital industry met in Istanbul for this year’s Webit Congress and one of the players that made its presence felt was the Thinkdigital Group. Odysseas Ntotsikas, Managing Director of the Group, not only delivered a presentation, but also participated in two multinational panel discussions.


During his speech entitled “e-Marketing & e-Commerce found dead side by side. ‘e’ is the main suspect!”, Odysseas analyzed, among other things, the changing consumption patterns and consumer expectations, emphasized on the impact that new channels have in the relationship between retailers and customers, whereas he urged marketers to adjust and utilize a convergent approach with data insight connecting the dots. 


Earlier, Mr. Ntotsikas shared his thoughts on a panel about the digital business opportunities in the EMEA markets and moderated a discussion with Marketing and Advertising experts from Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Hungary and Romania.
